Read the market
Review demand signals, category behaviour, competition and current marketplace performance.
Marketplace performance is rarely only an advertising problem. Amazon, Shopify direct sales, stock availability, pricing and fulfilment responsibilities must work together.
I connect Amazon and marketplace decisions with your wider distribution, retail and local-market strategy, rather than running the channel in isolation from everything else you sell through.
Review demand signals, category behaviour, competition and current marketplace performance.
Prioritise assortment, content, availability and commercial issues before adding complexity.
Align marketplace decisions with distribution, retail and local market objectives.
There is no separate published Amazon case study yet. The experience behind this service comes from building and running the marketplace operation inside a connected-product business, alongside its distribution and retail channels.
I start with the product range, availability, channel economics and ownership of decisions. I then connect marketplace priorities with distributor commitments, Shopify sales and the fulfilment plan.
I help define stock priorities, fulfilment responsibilities, returns and reporting across the channels. My experience includes setting up Shopify sales and EU 3PL processes within a connected-product business. Warehouse services and technical integrations are delivered by the relevant providers.
The focus is the complete commercial system—assortment, availability, positioning, competition and channel alignment—not advertising alone.
