During my time at igloohome, I played a pivotal role in transforming the business from a hardware sales-only model to a recurring software model. I oversaw the business side of launching our igloo connect platform and collaborated with key partners across Europe. This transition enabled our end users to connect to third-party services through iglooconnect, thereby enhancing the smart lock features.
I worked closely with integration partners to establish revenue-sharing models, coordinate joint marketing initiatives, and collaborate with their teams and customers to grow our user base. I firmly believe that integrations and partnerships are essential for growth and success—a strategy that has driven exponential growth in Europe and secured recurring revenue with B2B customers.
This experience allowed me to dive into the world of APIs and software, while effectively coordinating with both internal teams and external partners to bring this innovative vision to life.
