I specialise in guiding overseas companies—especially in the smart tech and smart home sectors—to expand into European markets. My journey began in retail distribution with Apple accessories and evolved into turning an overseas startup into a seven-figure success. Over my career, I’ve built robust distribution channels, developed strategic sales models, and adapted operations for sustainable growth in over 20 countries. Wearing many hats—as distributor, brand manager, hardware and software partner, integration specialist, and general manager—I have gained extensive experience in both B2C and B2B sales, learning to transform hardware-only models into integrated solutions that generate recurring revenue. A strong believer in automation and AI, I focus on optimising systems and setting up scalable operations to drive innovation across the European landscape.

  • 2025

    igloocompany (2018 - Present)

    I’m leading the market expansion across Europe, generating a seven-figure turnover and transforming the business from hardware-only sales to solution sales with recurring, profitable revenue growth. I built the brand from the ground up, manage a lean and effective distribution operations, and lead a high-performing sales team. My strategic partnerships and product development collaborations—executed through B2B projects with renowned companies like Hornbach and Ikea—enhance our market presence. Working with distributors, I maximise product reach and market penetration, establishing igloocompany's leadership in smart access solutions.

  • 2015

    Smanos / Chuango (2015 - 2016)

    As Business Development Manager for Smanos, a Chinese smart home manufacturer, I led the expansion into the UK and DACH regions through my brand agency. My key successes included securing nationwide placements in Maplin (UK) and Conrad (Germany). Additionally, I worked with partners in the OEM division, Chuango, to grow sales across Europe. I secured new distribution partners and negotiated favorable contracts, created and executed effective sales and marketing plans, and provided comprehensive sales training and support to distributors. Representing the company at industry exhibitions, I boosted market presence and enhanced brand visibility.

    Computers Unlimited / Acquired by Exertis (2011 - 2013)

    As an Account Manager at Computers Unlimited (CU), the leading distributor of Apple products and accessories in Europe, I managed key relationships with Apple Premium Resellers, sub-distributors, etailers, and retail chains across the Nordics, DACH, and Eastern Europe regions. This role provided me access to work with premium brands in the Apple space, including Philips Hue. I was part of a three-man team that generated £1 million in profit annually for the export department. I developed and executed sales strategies to drive revenue growth, built and maintained strong relationships with key accounts. 

  • 2017

    MMD Distribution (2017 - 2018)

    As a consultant through my brand agency, I developed tailored strategies to expand a wide range of consumer brands across Europe. Notably, I secured the placement of Twinkly smart lights in the Apple Premium Reseller chain in the Czech Republic. I created and implemented strategies to surpass sales targets, optimized profitability through strategic negotiations, and conducted market and competition analysis that contributed to the growth and success of the diverse brands in MMDs portfolio.

  • 2013

    Softline (2013 - 2015)

    As Export Manager at Softline UK Ltd, I established and developed the export department from scratch, generating £500,000 in revenue in the first year by supplying over 150 Apple resellers across 19 countries. I built strong relationships with Apple Premium Resellers, retailers, and distributors, including major resellers like iSpot in Poland. I managed key accounts in the Nordic, DACH, and Eastern Europe regions, developed and implemented successful business strategies for the export channel.

  • 2010

    Platinet (2010 - 2011)

    As Export Manager for Platinet, a fast-growing international company in the computer accessories industry, I managed key accounts in the DACH region to drive revenue growth. This was my first role in the consumer space where I acquired skills in cold calling and generating revenue from scratch by engaging with online resellers and securing product placements. I represented the company at various events in the consumer electronics space, building client relationships through face-to-face meetings. Additionally, I represented the company at international trade shows and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and securing new business opportunities.
